Leasing
Bonnie Management Corporation manages and leases properties. We address tenant inquiries immediately and schedule showings as soon as possible. As property owners ourselves, we understand shopping center ownership and are able to negotiate most effectively on behalf of Landlords. We understand Tenant Improvement, Tenant Credit, and Brokerage Commission issues. We negotiate the most favorable terms and complete transactions in a timely, professional manner.

Development/Construction
In addition to management, Bonnie also offers its third party clients a full range of construction services. Whether soliciting bids to replace a roof, or estimating tenant improvement costs to determine an acceptable rent structure, Bonnie Management Corporation is equipped, through its long-standing relationships with contractors, tradesmen, and architects to collect and analyze the information needed to make important decisions. Bonnie Management Corporation has also directed the construction of tenant improvements at all of its retail properties, and has partnered with several construction companies.

Forum Development Co (FDC), an affiliate of Bonnie Management, has extensive experience in the land development business. FDC has been involved in taking over projects abandoned by other developers. Projects were navigated through the entitlement and zoning processes, repositioned and successfully sold to investors and builders.

Asset Management
Bonnie Management Corporation provides Asset Management services in order to maximize property value. We have a keen awareness of tenant needs and are committed to accommodate relocations, expansions and evolving demands.

Green Building Advisors (GBA), an affiliate of Bonnie Management, can assist property owners in repositioning their properties in today's sensitive environment. GBA has helped property owners seek LEED certification of their property as well as implementing sustainability programs for construction, operations and maintenance. Lower operating costs and increased market presence are immediate results of these efforts in today's competitive marketplace.

Receivership
Bonnie Management has many relationships with banks. We currently act as a receiver in order to property manage and help lenders with strategies to maximize value and dispose of assets when appropriate.

Brokerage
SDI Realty, Inc., an affiliate of Bonnie Management, holds an Illinois brokerage license and can assist our clients in the disposition of assets.
