Our affiliate, Bonnie Investment Group, provides acquisition, development and strategic asset management services for both our owned properties and third party managed assets.

Creating specific and measurable asset management plans for our properties is one of our main goals. Assets are reviewed annually to address a range of items in order to improve occupancies, maximize rental rates and more efficiently operate each property.

Principal

David Lasky

Mr. Lasky has been involved in all types of real estate development and acquisition including shopping centers, residential new construction, condominium conversion, office and industrial buildings. As President of Bonnie Management Corporation, Mr. Lasky oversees all aspects of the management activities.

Since 1987, Mr. Lasky has been involved in the acquisition and development of over $200 million of retail, industrial and office property transactions. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Principal

Scott Inbinder

Mr. Inbinder joined Bonnie Management Corporation after nine years as a principal of Granite Realty Partners. Mr. Inbinder has been involved in the acquisition and development of over $250 million worth of retail, industrial, residential and office properties. Prior to Granite Realty Partners, Mr. Inbinder was very active in multi-family brokerage at Indevco Inc., involved in transactions in excess of $100 million.

Before Indevco, Mr. Inbinder was a VP at Heitman Financial, a national institutional real estate advisory firm. During his ten years at Heitman, he was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of institutional quality real estate assets. While there, he completed multi-family, retail, and office transactions in excess of $500 million. Mr. Inbinder received a BA from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and holds an Illinois brokerage license.

Managing Director, Investments

Jon Moyer

Mr. Moyer joined Bonnie Investment Group after nine years in Hawaii as Director, Asset Management for Alexander & Baldwin, a $2.5 Billion publicly traded REIT in Hawaii. In this role Mr. Moyer was responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, and execution of the business plan for the company's largest investment in history, the $373.3 Million Kaneohe Ranch Portfolio. Mr. Moyer has been involved in the acquisition and management of over $1 Billion worth of retail, industrial, residential and office properties. Prior to Alexander & Baldwin, Mr. Moyer served as Acquisitions and Asset Manager for Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, a private debt and equity platform in Los Angeles. While there Mr. Moyer was involved in over $100-million of multi-family acquisitions across the United States.

Before Latitude Management, Mr. Moyer was Associate Director of Acquisitions for Arden Realty, a $3 Billion REIT focused on suburban office property investments. While there, he completed office transactions in excess of $100-million. Mr. Moyer received an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park and a BS from California State University, Long Beach.
